Our Team

Miguel Perez is an Assistant Project Manager and Estimator who began his construction career right out of high school in 2014. Since then, he has worked for only two construction companies—a reflection of his loyalty, consistency, and dedication to growing with the teams he commits to. He has been with Southwest since 2018, where he continues to develop his skills and contribute to meaningful, successful projects.

Over the past decade, Miguel has built a strong foundation in estimating, cost analysis, scheduling, and day-to-day project coordination. He’s known for his dependable work ethic, his careful attention to detail, and his commitment to maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, and team members. His ability to anticipate challenges and stay organized helps keep projects moving smoothly and aligned with expectations.

Outside of work, Miguel is a devoted father to four children, and most of his free time is happily spent with them. When he does find personal time, he enjoys drills and practice at the firing range, working on classic trucks, and taking on quick flip projects. Driven by both curiosity and personal growth, he’s always looking for ways to improve efficiency, learn something new, and stay up to date with evolving industry practices.
