James Hill - President Jamie grew up in British Columbia, Canada and was an avid athlete who played professional soccer until becoming involved in the construction industry in 1981 as a Union Ironworker. He was drawn to the “American Dream” and followed his ancestor’s roots back to the United States, establishing himself in California in 1988. Jamie managed a construction company in Anaheim, California before becoming a successful business owner of his own in 1991. Jamie’s knowledge in the construction industry includes construction management, concrete construction, reinforcing steel, mono strand and multi-strand post tension cable systems. His experience and respect amongst industry leaders and employees alike have allowed his companies continued growth each year due to continued customer satisfaction, repeat business and a long term clientele base.

Rick Liebig - Field Superintendent / Project Manager Rick was born and raised in Southern California and has spent the last 31 years as a concrete professional in all aspects of the trade from patios to multi-level structural decks. He got his start cleaning and mucking ditches as a laborer and successfully worked his way through the ranks. These experiences give him insight into all facets of concrete construction including a well-balanced background of field and office knowledge. He works closely with office personnel reviewing projects during the bidding process and assists in evaluating design and feasibility. Rick’s field knowledge ensures appropriate scheduling, scope coordination and quality control in the field. For our clients, this hands-on approach translates to a smooth-running project from bid to scope completion.

Ted Abahazi - Chief Estimator / Project Mgr / Business Development Born and raised in Southern California, Ted has been involved in the construction industry since 1992. His specialties include quantity engineering, estimating and project management of which he developed from a variety of industry experience including such major trades as structural concrete, shotcrete, mass grading & landscaping. He is a key player on our team when it comes to facilitating communication and project management between Contractors, Developers, Engineers, Architects and field personnel.
